We recently hosted my mum's big birthday party at Ampfield Golf Course. Paul and his team looked after us so well, providing delicious food options and a well catered bar with lots of choice of soft and alcoholic drinks (at a reasonable price too!) The space is perfect with plenty of space for dancing and also quieter seating. The space is flexible and pretty much ready for a party with lots of fairy lights and tables for eating. Would really recommend for a party or event.

Very poor food at Romsey ramblers meal. Tough duck, not enough vegetables. Potato skins started very poor.

Had a very good meal, Christmas lunch for about 30 people. Staff really good. The only issue we had was it was very cold in the room and toilets.

Visited for a private function. Nice clean facilities and a good range of drinks on offer. I might even have to find my old clubs and find out about membership.

This is a must play par 3 golf facility. Superb condition, really good test of your shorter game green?s excellent.The hospitality and food is also superb the owner is also a true gentleman I only wish I had a facility like this where I live ?

Lovely par 3 course, greens are in excellent condition and facilities good all round. We didn't get held up once although I think we went at a good time (midweek just after lunch)

Would not recommend this venue for a wedding or party. Very unorganised and the venue's wedding planner with left the country unexpectedly. The owner of the venue and the staff on the day of the wedding tremendously missed the mark and caused the bride and groom an immense amount of stress. It got to the point where guests at the wedding were having to help set-up and breakdown the event as the venue was understaffed and underprepared.

The food was excellent!! Great place to get married, staff very friendly and supportive they made my sister's special day go smoothly!! Highly recommended!

Firework displays that are so loud and unexpected it terrified my animals and baby. The staff are capable of informing ampfield residents, apart from the estate that is directly opposite them. No respect for neighbours. Response from staff on Facebook is rude and dismissive.
