A really lovely Waterstones store in the Furlong Centre in Ringwood. A well laid out shop wide clear isles, easy to navigate & a fab cafe for that coffee fix. The staff are always around, fairly knowledgable & anything they don?t have they will try to order for you. Good customer service, a local hot spot.

This is a review of the coffee shop staff. Visited last summer and wasn?t impressed by the staff attitude. Thought I?d see if there had been any improvement today. What is it with the cafe staff here? This time again it?s like they put in the least effort possible to interact with customers. No hello, no friendliness in serving. What the? Now I definitely won?t be coming back. Can get better service elsewhere.

Nice Waterstones, all on the ground floor and it has a small cafe.
The store is well kept and plenty of choice.
