A really lovely Waterstones store in the Furlong Centre in Ringwood. A well laid out shop wide clear isles, easy to navigate & a fab cafe for that coffee fix. The staff are always around, fairly knowledgable & anything they don’t have they will try to order for you. Good customer service, a local hot spot.

This is a review of the coffee shop staff. Visited last summer and wasn’t impressed by the staff attitude. Thought I’d see if there had been any improvement today.
