Ordered some puffin drinking glasses from this shop and they didn't turn up so i gave them a call and received the most fantastic customer service the person on the phone was very friendly gave me advice on what to do and even offered to replace missing goods . The puffin glasses was at the post so no need for replacement.... read full comment
