Cashier very unpleasant and dismissive and to make matters worse I was short changed.
She shouldnt be dealing with customers .
Not happy. Prefer to shop in Wimborne branch. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly there.

The shop is amazing and the products they offer but this particular branch i will not go here again. I never been looked at or treated as badly by the woman on the tills... I really don't think customer service is her role in life.

Just been into superdrug in ringwood, with my daughter's well behaved dog & told "no dogs allowed in store" . When I asked why , I was told it was because they sell food!! I said that dogs were allowed in most shops & cafes in ringwood & response was " that's their problem " ! Won't be shopping in there again.

I would like to say the female shop assistant working today in Ringwood was extremely rude when my tried to enter the shop with her therapy dog, waved her arms saying get out . Even though there was already a dog in the shop ! My daughter was not only stressed & upset but embarrassed .
