The shop is amazing and the products they offer but this particular branch i will not go here again. I never been looked at or treated as badly by the woman on the tills... I really don't think customer service is her role in life.

Just been into superdrug in ringwood, with my daughter's well behaved dog & told "no dogs allowed in store" . When I asked why , I was told it was because they sell food!! I said that dogs were allowed in most shops & cafes in ringwood & response was " that's their problem " ! Won't be shopping in there again.

I would like to say the female shop assistant working today in Ringwood was extremely rude when my tried to enter the shop with her therapy dog, waved her arms saying get out . Even though there was already a dog in the shop ! My daughter was not only stressed & upset but embarrassed . That is us not using Superdrug store again ?daughter & I visited the shop with a therapy dog today . she justtold us to get out saying no dogs ( there was alread

This is a chain store so not a lot of variables to comment on.It is well located in the town and kept really well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful.It is pushed for space inside but I guess that is what happens when you have a store in a conservation area.
