Went to refuel with diesel the pump didn't work it came on but didn't pump anything went in and said I think it's broken he said no it's not I'm like ok what ever so I go back and move my car to another pump and managed to get fuel but as I was done fueling 3p was added even though I'd pulled the thing out then I go pay my car declined even though all I did was put the car in the guy spun the card machine around quite aggressively ripped my card out and aggressively put it back in as I go to put pin in it declined he did the same thing again eventually it worked the guy had piercings on his face and earrings possibly tattooed aswell i 100% will not be returning I'd rather run on fumes and risk going to shell garage on the A31 which is also always more expensive

Would like to use restrooms and say there is water problem. After asking where the staff go, got a reply they are allowed to use it ....make it make sense .....maybe someone does not want to clean restrooms for the day....anyway small things make people stop again or go to alternative in future.Hopefully issue getting addressed - This was on the 11 th of July - Late Afternoon/ Evening

Staff seem to think its okay to shout at a clearly disabled lady for walking straight up to a vacant till to pay (not pushing in) , shouting you have to walk the other way (which is longer). Assistant on Friday 28th 3pm bearded shame on you. No apology even when informed . Customers dont take orders from staff who are there to serve us , supposedly with disability service (Look it up)

clean forecourt plenty of gloves and friendly staff even heard a joke about why seagulls are so named apparently its because they fly over the sea because if they flew over the bay they would be bagels ? yes i know its a dad joke still it made me chuckle

Fueled up and visited shop. Paid for fuel and requested my receipt. As leaving the forecourt staff ran out of shop towards me, as I pulled over 1 member of staff shouting at me in a rage, accusing me of not paying for fuel. Even when explaining that I had a receipt was still shouted at. More concerning no masks were worn to protect me against their germs. No decency of an apology by her mistake. Was a regular customer but never again.
