Awful! Tiny pharmacy with boxes everywhere barely space to stand, small waiting room on the side where we could sit down after 30mins.The guy giving the vaccines left 30 mins in to go down the road who was either working two jobs or had triple booked. Very unorganised and not at all as it?s advertised as a travel clinic. Waited an hour still no show from the doctor so just left with no further information and no vaccine!

I had a prescription delivered through my letterbox. I don?t use Ringwood Pharmacy.. and the prescription was not for me. I tried phoning countless times but the phone was never answered. I emailed to let them know I had someone else?s tablets but got absolutely no response. I found the person they should have been delivered to and hand delivered them. What if these had fallen into the hands of a small child or pet! Beware.. you may not get your prescription and Ringwood pharmacy obviously don?t care!

Managed to find this wonderful little pharmacy that did private covid-19 vaccinations as well as other travel vaccinations.
It was easy to book and on arrival the staff and pharmacist couldn?t have been more helpful and friendly if they had tried.
A very pleasant experience and even though the cost was £90 I felt it was worth it as I am too young to receive the NHS vaccination and want to be protected.
This service is very limited but I am glad I found The Ringwood Pharmacy.
Would definitely recommend a brilliant service from beginning to end. Many thanks to you all.

This is the best pharmacy in Ringwood! Always happy to help the community and prompt delivery service. Travel clinic and services available. Ola the pharmacist has been there for years and is very knowledgeable and qualified to help with any issues. Can't recommend enough

This has to be the most incompetent chemist ever, to the point of being useless. They cannot get anything right and place the blame of their inadequacy on everbody else. For safety use another chemist.

When I started using Ringwood Pharmacy about a year ago they were great and the service was always next day. Now its at least a week, if there's a problem its a nightmare to get sorted and they blame the GP and offer no help when its their fault for not requesting the right medication thats on repeat!! If its not been requested then they wont get sent the prescription from the GP so I don't see how that's the GPs fault! I've been getting the same meds in my dosset box for 5 years. I've also repeatedly asked them to add in my pain killers and they refuse. They are also on repeat and send them to me at the same time. There's no reason for it just they can be bothered I guess. They don't reply to messages through THEIR app at all now, when this time last year they would reply within an hour max. If you get a prescription for anything that's not on repeat they will now be a week+ wait when it used to be next day delivery. What is the point of going to the GP to get meds that you need right away to then have to wait over a week for??

Very nice staff members who just really want to help you. Thank you so much for helping out ( especially the man in the red polo shirt) ! I had never filled a private prescription before and was really nervous even though it took some time for them to get it in they communicated with me that it was expensive and were concerned and wanted to make me aware of the cost. They even let me pick it up from the store rather than get it delivered.
