The large Sausage roll is not actually sausage meat. It's some sort of a dumpling mix. Expensive as well.

Very rude older lady who was extremely put out when I asked for a cheese and onion roll. She tried to encourage me to have a ready made cheese salad roll instead, but I politely declined. She huffed off to make it and sarcastically wished me a lovely rest of day. I also asked for a heated sausage roll, and she said it was already hot and had just burnt her hands on it. Untrue - she took it straight from the counter and it was barely warm. Beware if you want to customise your order as she is not at all obliging. Rather than posting publicly and damning all the staff (who are for the most part friendly and accommodating), I wrote to Reeves to have a word, as this was last week, They didn't respond, hence the review.

Food here is actually quite good but it doesn?t meet with the price tag?.its no Mark Bennett?s for example.
We?ve just called in to the Ringwood store to buy some ?over the counter? items and we?re just deciding whether or not to have a coffee in their cafe situated at the rear of the shop when the lad behind the counter said ?you two alright?? to which i replied with a smile ?we?re just deliberating whether or not to have a coffee first? and he just rolled his eyes and said ?oh right? as he turned his back.
This helped us with our deliberations and we promptly left and had some food and coffee in Luna Coffee down the road.
This reminded me how rude they seem to be in Reeve?s and why I don?t bother going there.
Do yourselves a favour and try one of the many other excellent coffee shops in Ringwood.

Called in for a quick snack. Chose a sausage roll to take away. Unfortunately didn?t take a bite until I was further up the street, but unfortunately it was tasteless. I mean literally tasted of nothing, certainly no sausage flavour. Definitely not worth the calories, threw it away. Maybe some of their other products are better but stay away from the sausage rolls
