Having stayed here in December we thought we would return but were really disappointed the room was dirty, stain on chair in room, dirty soap dispenser blocked shower drain and filthy tiles. We also had only one towel between us. Breakfast was pleasant but the coffee cups were dirty. We won?t be returning here .

Lovely stay at Premier Inn, Ringwood. Stayed at plenty of premier inns before (don?t like travelodge) and this one did not disappoint. Fabulous staff, clean and comfortable reception and room. Amazing bed as always. Tea/coffee/hair dryer/soaps and tv available in room. Plenty of parking. Menu looked good but we ate elsewhere (pre-arranged). WiFi pretty good. Lidl just across the road (handy for midnight snacks!), very little road noise. Overall a very comfortable stay after a 5 hour journey from wales! Only downside is the room was very hot, a/c worked (very quiet) but could do with windows that open.

Can't believe a modern hotel like this had no EV charging points. Staff didn't even know what I was asking for! No razor adaptor either. Is electricity new to that area? On an industrial estate , not much to do locally.

Restaurant is no longer open in the evening but was informed of this on booking. Paid for ultimate wifi but it wouldn't connect and standard wifi to poor to do work as planned. Lifts out of service for duration of stay and cooked breakfast was cold. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and did honestly try to rectify wifi issue and the room was clean and comfortable

Ringwood is a relatively new hotel but it didn't feel like it. The bed was comfortaable and I got a good night's sleep, which is what I needed, but otherwise the restaurant was closed in the evening, the hotel didn't look particularly clean or well maintained. I was a little annoyed about the early check-in fee. Premier Inn is becoming more "budget" than it pretends to be.

By far the best Premier Inn we have spent a night in, room was really clean and no damage showing as you normally find in other hotels. Every member of staff was really welcoming and friendly - some would chat about where you are going or what you are up to in the local area. The lady on reception even offered advice on where to park etc when visitng Bournemouth. One small issue with someone practising their Olympic Trampoline routine upstais on a bed at 11pm, but we didn't raise this to the hotel so cannot fault Premier Inn in this case. Breakfast was really good, again far above what we have experienced before (which isn't bad to be honest but this hotel just stood out). All the food displayed or listed was available, all was cooked well. Plenty of staff members around to help and clear up as guests left. We left completely happy with our stay, and very impressed at how every staff member from check in to check out (and including the chef!) were happy to make conversation and smile the whole time, rather than grunt and shuffle past as we have experienced in other hotels. We will definately return next time we go to Paulton's or Bournemouth.

I have to say that it was the best stay at a Premier Inn yet, and I stay frequently for work as well as leisure. The team at Ringwood is truly a credit to Premier Inn, nothing was too much trouble, friendly, helpful and should be recognised as being best in class!

Unless you are dying for a coffee machine and an empty fridge, don?t waste the massive difference in cost per night between a standard and a plus room. I found that the standard rooms are a lot more affordable and, in my opinion, a lot better than what they are selling as a plus room. I would definitely go back there but I?ll go back to staying in the standard rooms.

Standard Premier inn, Night manager (Dom) I found to be excellent and seemed to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and check you in speedily, downside coffee machine at breakfast was broken waited ages for eggs to be replenished and made to feel an inconvenience by chef when asked how long, young waitress seemed loath to clear dirty crockery away unless asked by older waitress.

We arrived earlier than expected, so we asked if we could just leave our bags until the room was ready . The receptionist Becci was very helpful, friendly , welcoming and polite and sorted our room out, so we could go straight there . We were very grateful. The room was spotless . Thank you becci

Excellent 3 night stay. Nice modern building with comfortable, quiet air conditioned room with decent blackout curtains and quality bathroom/shower. Very helpful staff too. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that three days after booking the hotel and the night before our arrival today I received a personalised but unattributed ?no reply? note entitled ?Things you need to know about your stay tomorrow?. It read... ? We're so excited to be welcoming you to stay with us once again. But, much like many businesses across the UK, we?ve been experiencing supply chain issues across a number of different areas, including team shortages, which unfortunately puts some added pressure on us to be able to deliver the experience you expect and love. We know that these are our challenges and not yours - it's all part of being the UK's largest hotel chain! We just wanted to be honest with you about where we're at, and to reassure you that we're doing our absolute best.? My observations are that Premier/Whitbread must have known this detail before I placed my booking, which was three days earlier, so why did they not advise this to me then before accepting it, or even decline my business to put less pressure on your employees? Additionally, with a non-cancellable booking the web-site advice is not to book meals in advance, but through this note Premier advised we should have. This note made me seriously doubt my booking. However, my fears were unfounded, We had an excellent stay.

Premier Inn at Ringwood is a fairly new hotel and maintains the high standards of the chain. My room was very clean and comfortable. It had a shower rather than a bath/shower but that is expected in a new hotel The restaurant is in-house and is very good. Sid was duty manager and he and Mike juggled Reception, the bar and the restaurant very efficiently. The service they provided was top rate, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the hotel and will stay here again.

A very decent Premier Inn. You know what you get with this chain, and this location does it well. Great staff, decent breakfast, ample parking, quiet location and a small supermarket 100 yards from the front door. It does what it says on the tin and does it well.

Very good functional Premier Inn. Pretty modern and spacious. Good free parking. Pleasant and clean rooms. Extra mention for the hot breakfast buffet, good quality all round. Good location just off motorway and close to the new forest gems.

Perfectly situated on a quiet business site, just a short distance from the main road and convenient for an early ferry from Poole, the next day. I arrived late on a Sunday evening but the service was prompt and friendly.
