We have used Nick from Martin & Co on a few occasions now to buy/sell and with rental property. He helped us sell a property recently which caused us a huge amount of grief and anxiety, by going over and beyond his duties, Nick releived a lot pressure. He is very realistic and knows the market. I was recommended Nick by my neighbors, but unfortunately, I fell for the sales pitch of another estate agent, wasting six weeks before bringing Nick on.
Immediately, Nick generated interest and booked multiple viewings (the initial estate agent, Woolley & Wallis, had achieved zero viewings in the previous six weeks). In a tough market, Nick managed to secure a buyer. Although it wasn?t perfect, I needed to complete the sale as soon as possible since I had taken a job in Edinburgh and already wasted time and money with the previous agent.
Nick is a pleasure to deal with. He understands the market and manages expectations well.
If you?re planning to sell in Ringwood / New Forest area, I couldn?t recommend Nick enough. He has a professional, no-nonsense approach and, most importantly, he gets the job done.

This is our second time renting a family property through Martin & Co and I honestly could not fault any area of the service they provide.From viewings, to paperwork, references, chasing things up, moving out.. they have gone above and beyond in every aspect to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.No question was ever too much (or too ridiculous on my part!) - Marie and Olivia, who we had the pleasure of liaising with, were so friendly, approachable and accommodating as agents.I would (and do!) recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or let; you will not find a better team.
