Fantastic people and a great selection of outfits.Tori and the other staff at Ringwood looked after me. They gave me lots of options to suit what I needed and let me take my time trying everything on. I had great advice and am very pleased with my outfit. It was really good having Phase Eight next door to use for other accessories as they are part of the same group.

Excellent customer service.I have been a customer of Hobbs especially the Ringwood store for a number of years. I have always been served professionally and efficiently by all in this store. It?s been an absolute delight to see Jo, back in this store again. Jo has always offered excellent service with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Amazing customer service from Emily at Hobbs, Ringwood. This was the only store that had a dress my mum loved - Emily went above & beyond to send the dress to her home address. It arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. Thank you Emily!

Having recently visited this branch of Hobbs, I had a totally different experience ( I am also not a "typical" Hobbs customer) and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, even ordering another shrug online for me when I felt that the one in store had a minuscule flaw. I will definitely be returning to this store for that special occasion outfit and the staff deserve much of the credit for that!

Staff incredibly rude. Very unapproachable and dismissive. Tried to buy a coat but gave up after a number of attempts to get the sales assistants attention. Maybe because I didn't look like a traditional Hobbs customer. Great clothes, shame about the staff.
