What do you think of this for a review for Fells.
We tried 4 different agents in Ringwood, over a period of 3 1/2 years. Who weren?t open and honest. Playing games!
We then changed to Fells who were amazing, open and totally honest.
Within a couple of months they had an offer on our property and managed it through to completion within 5 weeks.
Do NOT waste your time with other agents.
I wish we had gone to Fells first.
I can?t recommend them highly enough 10 star ? rating.

Guy Innes has been a huge help with our house move. He was easily contactable and knowledgeable about the process. We ended up having a challenging chain and Guy went above and beyond helping us navigate the process. On the day (and week) of the move, he went out of his way to support us. We recently sold and purchased with Fells, and I couldn't recommend a better local estate agent. We received other valuations, but Guy's professional, knowledgable, and approachable manner prompted us to choose Fells. He went above and beyond when exchange and completion didn't go as planned, and was tremendously supportive throughout the entire process.
We were impressed with the way our property was marketed; the photography and description really stood out and actually made us question why we were wanting to move!
Fells were a pleasure to work with overall, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

After using several estate agents over 3 years we decided to give Fells a try. What a brilliant service we received resulting in us selling the house.
The other agents weren't particularly communicative, sent viewers round that had no intention of buying our house and generally wasted our time. But Fells sent the right type of person who were in a position to purchase our house and the whole way through were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice when needed.
Don't waste your time with agents who ONLY want your money and won't invest time in you, just go to Fells and get the service you need at such a stressful time. So thank you Dan and Quentin. We highly recommend this Estate Agent.

My wife and I enjoyed a very positive experience from this estate agency from start to finish, even though we were unfortunately unable to complete the purchase of our chosen property because of our chain collapsing at the eleventh hour.
