A very nice, well run, full of product, clean & tidy store. Super busy at the moment for Xmas, lovely helpful staff, with a really good selection of clothing for Women, men & children.

Convenient location opposite to Waitrose, well displayed and tidy. The staff were friendly although it was busy during sale period. Will visit again.

Poor staff with a poor dismissive attitude.I usually shop in Lymington but went to Ringwood today.I bought an item in the sale and the till girl said - I don't expect you'll want any emails from us.She is quite correct - I will happily return to the courteous and well-mannered department stores on Lymington High street for future purchases. A lesson in the correct way to treat customers would be of value to staff at this branch of Fatface.

Love going into the Ringwood Store - all the ladies are very welcoming and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. We?re always greeted and love the variety of clothes. Our favourite shop in the centre!

Advertised being open until 530, was shut by 520, rang and said till is still open but changing rooms were shut and that we could come back tomorrow. Most inconvenient hence the one star review.
