Just went in this shop with my son. I found a beautiful phase 8 dress in the tshirt area. I was unsure about it and went next door to another shop. When I went back to try the dress on it was nowhere to be seen. The staff were extremely rude and made out I'd seen it somewhere else. And said that a dress would not be in the tshirt area when it was... as were other dresses. I searched high and low but could not find it. (Would have been perfect for the event I was attending). There was teenagers in the shop at the time in school uniform looking like they were up to no good. The staff then started to mock me and made hand signals to eachother spinning their fingers around their head making out I was loosing my mind. I'm truly gobsmacked at their behaviour and can not belive such vile rude women work for charity. They also accused my son of knocking things on the floor and kept making snotty digs. Shame on you both!

OK, some prices a bit high compared to other charity shops in same area. Tidy shop, went to ask about a product, nobody available, so left. Maybe request volunteers so someone on shop floor at all times. Not dog friendly, shame as more footfall. Customers back off, as not safe to leave their dogs outside. Debra in Spain worth a visit.

Always have interesting and different stuff. I frequently visit and find the better stuff here. The manager was very helpful and resolved an issue I had with a product which was no fault off theirs

One of the best charity shops in Ringwood and in comparison one of the best priced too. The shop always has a large array of stock and is always clean and smelling fresh. The staff are helpful and enthusiastic about what they do. Would highly recommend
