When choosing a letting agent for my father's bungalow one of my criteria was that the agent should solely do lettings, not sales and lettings, where sometimes conflicts of interest can arise. I was recommended to Crown House and I have not been disappointed. They take the stress out of managing the bungalow and have many useful trade contacts. They are quick to deal with issues and I have never had cause to complain. I have not hesitation in recommending Crown House.
