Refused my legal private prescription that I was told to go and get from boots and would be no issues with it. And now I'm going to have to order a new prescription which I needed urgently, which I will have to pay extra for to have prescribed again.

VERY POOR level of customer care here when my mother died of cancer, they let my father down VERY BADLY. There are BETTER places in Ringwood to spend your money at.

I would rank it higher but the horrible service that one particular lady on the pharmacy gives, always rude, always trying to dismiss you, she never finds anything, never courteous. I have always wonder why is she still working with publci if she is SOOO annoyed by them?

The shop closes for lunch which in itself is bad enough but I was heading in at 7 minutes to 1 and was stopped being told we are closing by a, rather stroppy young lady! No explanation. Just were closing.Screw that, I went to superdrug over the road. I was in and out in 3 minutes.I appreciate that staff must have their break but can this not be done in shifts? Closing at 1pm for an hour doesn't make any business sense at all. I sat in my car and watched 20 people walk up to the locked doors, read the sign and walk over to superdrug opposite of just walking away shaking their heads! This was betterment 1pm and 1.10pm.

This has to be the worst pharmacy/store.Unfortunately the hospital consultants use Boots for direct prescriptions. When told this was the fastest route my stomach dropped in the sure knowledge it wldnt be! Yes proved right usual non existent uninterested service!

Such a strange store, story of two halves: sometimes super helpful but sometimes don't open until 9.05 while we qued outside in cold and even then staff chatting or doing shelves rather than helping.

I avoid using this pharmacy as much as I can now. I needed some emergency medication as mine had run out and it need to to take it every day. I was so stressed out and having an anxiety attack and the pharmacist could not have been less helpful or more belittling. They also need to say that they break for lunch.
