The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do as much as possible to help you find what you're looking for.
There are two floors of books, and it's nice and quiet, allowing you to peacefully browse. There is no place to pay upstairs, so if you find a book on the 1st floor, you need to take the stairs down, walk back on yourself to the tills, and pay there. But that is a minor inconvenience.
