Good service.
Terrible trying to split the bill. Surely there's a better way to pay for it. App resets very time somebody pays very frustrating in large groups.

Delicious food, outside terrace, has a lovely view of water and boats.
Waiters are polite. Food prep was very quick, not a long wait until food was served.

Lola was very accommodating and friendly, apologetic about a short 5 minute wait, very attentive. food was fast and fresh.

Visited Wagamama Gunwharf for lunch on 09/07/24 with my family of fourteen. Staff made great accomodations for a party of our size and were very patient with us?excellent customer service.
A cozy venue with a nice waterside view.
Highly recommend the Pork + Panko Apple Bao K-Dogs, and Crispy Shredded Duck Saku Saku Soba. Chilly and garlic edamame and goyoza also highly received crowd pleasers?but the new Strawberry Matcha was divine.

Really rude staff. Haven't eaten there before, so don't really know how it works. Waitress was very short when explaining they don't really do starters, everything just comes out when it's ready. This works well as a business practice but when your dining with people (let's be honest most people don't go by themselves) and one of you is waiting ages longer for their meal etc it's a bit annoying. It's set up like a canteen but the price is hefty and the service is poor, it's a bit strange that people rave about it really. You could get away with the service being rubbish if it were cheap and cheerful but here it always feels like the servers don't want to be there but get in a huff when you obviously don't leave a tip. What a peculiar place. Food is ok but nothing special.

Lola was incredible! So kind and helpful - made it such an enjoyable experience with an amazing atmosphere for us to enjoy as she made sure we were happy and enjoyed it ! Will say this is amazing to visit because of her! Thank you, Lola!

Here we are again one of the my favourite fast food restaurant, good food good mood, I?ve got fresh veggies and a nice cocktail, Areej got our order and she?s so very nice and helpful with that big and genuine smile? satisfied again!!!

Just terrible food. Cheap ingredients, cooked poorly. Waiters seem to having a tea party but sevice is so s l o w.
Paying high prices for shockingly bad food and service is just insulting.
