Went to see the Hunger Games and the lights were on the entire time. Spoke to the staff member at the front desk who said they are left on for ?safety issues?. Absolutely appalling. This appears to be false, and I have never had this experience before. Everyone in that screen should be given a refund. It was very difficult to see the screen in the dark scenes. Will not be returning.

I would say the general attitude of the staff ,when it comes to taking your son who has autism to a show for his bday is,let's say less than decent. We were refused entry to some 15 rated show ( when it was his 15 bday) by a guy who's attitude was completely unfair. My son is just very anxious and struggles to talk to people he doesn't know but he's well behaved. The guy ( who looked about 13 himself) just enjoyed the power trip of saying no. So we ended up having to watch another film, a film that is about an old man who leaves a nursing home. Not exactly what a 15 year old with special needs wanted to watch.! My son even had a badge on saying happy 15 bday on his coat and I assured him he was old enough. But no the guy just enjoyed not listening to us. Or me as his father.! Turns out the film we watched had loads of swearing in it such as wan#er, fu#k off, bolloc#s etc etc...plus to add insult to injury aguy I know took his 12 year old and his two 12 ye old friends to watch the same film and had NO ISSUES.! so cheers for ruining his birthday and maybe your staff need some re education in how to at least interact with people.especially those with special needs. Waste of money,and time.! I took him elsewhere the next day and it was fine. No issues and he was treated fine.so I hope you enjoyed your little power trip . Will never visit again!!!

1st visit to this cinema ? was impressed with the seats ? they are large comfortable, reclining and plenty of left room. Added bonus is the swivel table for snacks and drinks. Will definitely visit again.

Nice cinema with great comfy reclining seats makes watching a film far more comfortable than previously, just be careful you don't nod off.Lots of refurbishment going on but staff worked hard to get people through the kiosk and in to see their films.

The staff we encountered on the day were very polite and friendly. The screening room was clean and tidy, the seats are absolutely amazing and so comfy. And to top it off, there was air conditioning on a really hot day

Great cinema experience, the recliner seats are super comfy and kids sat comfortably. Little movable tables for snacks and drinks, so everyone was happy. Plenty of staff around all very friendly and helpful which made the purchase of tickets and snacks very quick.

The seating is extraordinary. Each seat is a recliner and a very comfortable one with a tray for each seat to hold your things, and the arm rests are also wide. People next to each other can use the armrest together as they are wide enough, I wish every cinema has it.The screen size is also satisfactory. Only thing that I didn't like is the sound quality. I felt that the acoustics could have been better. The sound was not pleasant as it was reflecting off of the surface and we could feel that. To give them credit, the price of a movie here is a little cheaper than at other places.

Greeted politely by a member of staff. Seats comfortable, although I did have to clear mine of several pieces of popcorn. Not a third world problem and definitely will be returning ?

Great cinema and reasonably priced, the new seats are super comfortable. Just a warning, when you expect to be served by staff, service is very slow and they seem to have lots of apathy and no sense of urgency.

Excellent reclining seats and tables. No imax or 4d this would make it the perfect movie venue.Concession stand, clean toilets and clean screen rooms.Discounted validated parking as well.
