Review for Vodafone & Assurant Phone Insurance:
I?m very disappointed with Vodafone's phone insurance service, which is managed by Assurant. I lost my phone and immediately reported it. I explained everything clearly, provided all the proof they asked for, and followed their process. In the end, they rejected my claim, saying I didn?t take proper care of my phone ? which doesn?t make any sense.
I took all the right steps, acted honestly, and still got denied. It feels like they look for any excuse not to pay out. This experience was frustrating and upsetting.
I wouldn?t recommend Vodafone?s phone insurance through Assurant to anyone. Please be careful before signing up ? read the fine print and look at how they treat real claims like mine.

I would like to thank the manageress who sorted out my network issues. (sorry that I didn't take her name) but she took the time and patience to go through so many diffrent scenarios to sort it out. I cannot praise her highly enough and I will definitely only use that branch in the future. Thank you very much ??

Waited for only 20-30 minutes on a busy Saturday. The staff were great and I now added Mobile 5G to my contract which has been the best option when working from home.

I dont like the Portsmouth shop I dont feel comfortable.Staff are rude and unhelpful very good at giving you wrong information.

This review is not about the store itself but vodafone's customer service in general.
Horrible service. I have got a city fibre broadband contract which is about to end in 10 months.
I am moving home to a different area within the city which hasn't got city fibre. They understand the fact and confirmed that the new area hasn't got city fibre, so they find the excuse to give me a bad package of 80mbps from 900mbps for the same price and a contract renewal otherwise I will get charged an early cancellation fee which is £45x 10 months that are left on the contract even though the new place hasn't got city fibre!!! Terrible, I would not recommend.

I went there to purchase a phone and the person that was supposed to serve me was very rude. He felt entitled to my documents and card as if they belonged to him. Also I asked him if he could just do it as my baby needed to nap and he just kept coming up with excuses and talking and then he just refused to serve me altogether saying that I was rude. People don't have to give their documents to anyone. The information can be checked even without that.

I am honouring Vodafone with the "Worst Broadband Provider of the UK" award. Pathetic service. I have ordered for a new connection and the installation team did not make up on their appointment date and delayed us. I lost my valuable time. Nobody contacted me from their end. They sent me multiple mails stating the appointment date and time stating I will be fined if I am not present on the date.since they didn't make up on the appointment they didn't bother to find another earliest appointment date for me hence I had to cancel their service

Not so good with International travel. Despite fore warning by me they cut off my phone on arrival in UK. Took multiple calls and 6 hours to have service restored. Their solution to send a link to a site. But you just turned off my data. Maybe spend some more time on your ?use cases? from the customer point of view

Very few employees actually are interested in listening and helping. The process of buying or making any type of contract takes AGES. Most of them are quite obnoxious and they tend to make the whole visit a battleground.
