I needed to go into this Branch today to resolve a matter regarding my Internet Banking. Initially I was going to go to the Southampton but for two reasons and they were lack of parking as I'm not so good on my feet and would of needed to walk some distance and along with the feedback about the amount of time others had to wait in that branch so made the decision to go to Portsmouth branch and so glad I did upon entering was met by Carl who listened and understood my query. He was absolutely fantastic throughout my registration and gave me plenty of time to make sure I had the correct passwords. I found out that this was his 1st day in the branch as Manager and I really hope he progresses well. This Manager is the perfect person who makes you feel like a person and not a string of numbers. Well done Carl and welcome to your new Branch!

Staff here are so wonderful, there is a lady with bob length hair who is so friendly and remembered me from 5 years ago and the branch manager sat with me for over an hour trying to sort out a very stressful situation. These kinds of people are so important in this day and age!

Staff very friendly and helpful at Portsmouth branch, I have banked there for two years. Competitively priced in-built overdraft facility with Classic Plus account 5% (tax free) interest on first £2000 credit balance and up to £5 cashback per month on contactless visa debit card transactions until December 2016 (payable one month in arrears). As well as staff being helpful and having good product knowledge, they are chatty and enjoy a good joke with customers. Best financial institution I have ever banked with. I would recommend my branch (and TSB in general) to anyone.
