Ive been a tool station costumer for 10 years now I use them very often. In this tool station the costumer service was very poor,
I spend 1000£ on materials and wanted to refund a few bits worth about £80 all unpacked from original packaging , when I turned up to the tills the cashiers are giving me funny looks as they cant be bothered to find the items through a long receipt.
Also parking is very narrow perfect place to scratch your van.
The only reason I given 2 stars is because this branch has a lot of stock

I spent £40 on 8 x white general purpose silicon this morning (3/10/24) got to the job tried using it could only get about 1/3rd of it out of the tube I then looked at the tube. It was manufactured in February 2022. And it says should be used in 24 months. So it was 8 months out of date. Edited 8/10/24. I got in touch with the email address they posted They didn?t bother to contact me. They obviously don?t care once they?ve got your money

Ordered M6 threaded bar, went to pickup and it was M8 threaded bar. Girl behind the jump was adamant it was M6 because that's what the label said. I said no it's M8, wouldn't budge only customer there couldn't be bothered to sort it out, so it was just easier to go to B+Q instead.

Good stock and reasonable prices but poor parking lets it down. Spaces are usually overrun with non customers and people taking up two spaces.

Awful customer service from Tracy today. Went in to buy a special bulb, she said she?s not trained and I have to look it up in the catalogue. I asked if she could please measure the length as the catalogue had 2 options. She gave me measurements in inch, I asked for cm as that?s what the catalogue mentioned. She gave me a random number that couldn?t have been the length of it. Asked for the measuring tape so I can measure it myself as she was very bothered I asked her to do so many things. She threw the measuring tape to me with a very rude attitude saying they?re not trained to do this. I did say she?s very rude and her attitude is awful and I didn?t get this when I asked a couple of questions to people at Screwfix and she moaned that I should have bought from there if they had what I needed in stock. Didn?t let me check the item until after I paid. I totally understand they?re not trained but being helpful and polite instead of rude would be helpful. First and last time shopping here!
