A very bad experience for an year.
After an year of contract I asked them to cancel and they said OK they charged me cancellation and outstanding payment as well. But after 3 months they sent £31 fee again and said your account is suspended. When I talked to them they said you will have to pay £200 then after correction said that £31. It made me crossed. I asked them to cancel it right away then they said OK.. but now still I didn't get any confirmation nothing. After this I am gonna sue Three. They put everyone in trouble it is just a scam to trap people. Their employees not very good. :/

I've been a client of three SIM for the past three years. Recently, I experienced a network issue, so I thought about switching plans. I spoke with customer service, but their response wasn't really decent. I've since quit my three networks and am preparing to join a new one.

I would just like to say thank you to the guy that works in the Three Shop in Portsmouth for sorting my phone out for me to come back on the Three Network. Every since I have came back on the Three Network my signal has been fantastic so thank you very much that is the reason I gave 5 stars ok I recommend this network to anyone ? ?

I purchased an iphone from three in February and they placed the order, but they tried to deliver it to a different address. Trying to deliver the parcel which is of £1300 to wrong address, how irresponsible is that guys? And then they told me due to multiple delivery attempts (failed), they cancelled the order. It?s not even my address which they tried to deliver it. And again on March 4th I went to the showroom and signed a new contract for another order (iphone 15 pro max) and this time i told them i will collect the order from the showroom itself? the adviser there told me that i will get the order by march 5th and when i went to the showroom that day, they said it will be there only by 21st march?. I should have slapped his face, but its against the law..right??..so i tried to cancelled the order and now they say like it will take almost 72 hours to cancel the order?. Now I?m gonna move legally against them towards the ombudsman.

Good service and clear pricing. Wife changing phone. Two visits in one day. Both staff members were patient with are our questions and details of the phone and contract. No pressure just information.

Warranty is a joke, a £2000 phone not covered for a £10 screen protector by samsung and EE engineer wouldn't discuss with me why or backup what was said, manager states nothing he can do and I'm unable to escalate

Visited the store because I had a problem with my bank card, so I went to the store to pay my phone bill by cash. Been with this network since that started up in the early 2000s. Every time I contact them they are always friendly with a genuine vibe. Happy to talk and chat like normal folk and they don't just try to push you for sales and more money... I have travelled across large parts of southern England during my time with them... Never experienced problems with signals etc... Heard they are merging with Vodafone. I'm praying the customer service from 3 is retained. As I have stories about Vodafone's customer service..
