Always a stop off with my daughter and grandchildren if we're hungry.
The service is very good along with the food.
It can get really noisy in there but it's to be expected.
They could make their fire door at the back less noisy as it's consistently banging shut with people going out for a smoke ?

A nice spoons with distinctive red and black colouring in the front with some outdoor seating there as well. A decent sized bar down the right hand side as you enter and a long walk straight to the back of the pub. There was plenty of space to move around in when I was there and the bar staff were a blast to chat to. The breakfast was the typical 'spoons fare - just what the doctor ordered and the Guinness was excellent (there's even a Guinness plaque inside) - just what the doctor didn't order! Oh well.

Rude staff, tables were dirty and sticky. I was greeted by what looked like woman dressing up for cosplay couloir hair looks like a pixie, I ordered on the app and fair enough she asked me for id I told her to take the drink away I just want food and she was just looking to argue, didn?t offer me a refund or anything to try and kick out another waitress sniggered when I asked for water another waitress impolitely ?get it yourself ? it didn?t come across politely atall we didn?t get a check up on our food or nothing no respect I was happy to swap my manager refused

Staff are great. Well done to them for being nice. It's not an outstanding witherspoon, many have much nicer buildings, but it does the trick if you want a good value meal or a drink with friendly people.

Met for breakfast. Small breakfast great value just for a stop gap. Refillable tea and coffee ?. Very clean and very busy. The male toilets were flooded and dirty apparently which let the visit down
