I tried to report a possible stray, I was asked to take them into my home, I couldn't do that due to my landlord. I was asked to take them to the vet, I explained I have no car or pet carrier. The person on the phone got short with me and hang up. I appreciate I couldn't help much but I was trying to do the right thing.
