Don't know if they're remodelling but lots of empty shelves. It's August and they have Halloween and ChristmS goods out. Plus Iceland seems to have taken over a good proportion of the store. Not The Range of old.

Twice I?ve been to the range and not been able to use customer service desk as it?s being used to serve customers who could of gone to the empty toll to pay for their shopping.first time I asked why I couldn?t. Hange my soda stream gas as they were using it as till and not customer service was told tough second time was told that?s how it is.wont be using this store again

I got everything I was looking for thanks to ?Cathryn? in the gardening department who made that possible. Extremely helpful and polite. Cafe still open while training going on! Great staff, great shop.
