Both staff behind counter were very helpful and courteous, helping me return an online order I wasn't keen on and finding a replacement, they were really patient with me despite my indecisiveness and I came away with something I love, thank you!

One of the lady stuff in the shop she?s very rude and unprofessional when you ask her something doesn?t want to help you for anything. I hope someone take her out form that shop.

Staff are to busy talking amongst themselves ? was terrible customer service to the point it was rude don?t try ringing their customer service number it?s a joke your number 62 in a never moving que ?? easier to get a doctors appointment ?? back to buying else where.

Very very poor online serviceCharged me £1.99 for click and collect for delivery. When the item was already in store and there was no delivery. Will not be buying online or in store again. A rip off and I've never been charged for click and collect in any other shop I have brought an item from online

Staff unbothered to serveI believe it may have been the manager but she came across passive agressive and didn't take us seriously. We asked if they sell oud and she catergorically said no but we pointed it out on the shelves.

In their stores they won't sell you any goods and issue a receipt unless you supply the marketing department with your personal email for open spamming

Went to shop today. Girl was in there sweeping floors. Never asked if we wanted help. I asked if there was any deals on which there was 15% off so I was going to get a box set. I stood there she continued sweeping. So I said to my husband we will take our business elsewhere and told her she was very rude. She still continued cleaning. Obviously in a hurry to leave at 4pm . They need to get staff in that want to do the job. They lost out on a fair bit of money because all the presents I wanted to buy I got from Debenhams in the end
