We had a bit of a mishap with appointment time but Elaine sorted it out and offered me an appointment a few hours later which was greatly appreciated! The facial itself was absolutely wonderful, tailored to my specific skin needs and was one of the best facials I've had. Elaine herself is lovely and knowledge. I highly recommend and will definitely be back again! X
