The team on tonight 28/1/24 have been the most helpful employees and a true credit to Tesco?s . Allowing me to wait for RAC rescue , charged my phone and made me a tea. Recommend rewards for team farlington. Thank you Sam and her team !

Always go to this store to grab my lunch for work.
I get served by the same lady every single time the same unfriendly bad attitude lady. I always show my ID when asked. Today I wanted to buy a can of nespresso monster and was shocked to find when I came to the till the same lady asked for my ID saying it was the amount of sugar in the drink for this saying that I have to be 16-25 and for the first time ever i didnt have my ID I think this is a absolute joke and was told I needed to put it back and get another drink. I then got a bottle of cola whitch has the same amount if not more sugar in it. I am 25 and was wearying my work uniform with my name badge this was still not enough proof that I was 25
If this is the case that I now need to show my ID for high sugar caffeine drinks then why dont I get asked for ID in Costa Starbucks? Does not make sense

On the whole a clean and well stocked convenience store. Sadly client facing staff member (mature, short blonde hair, corpulent) appears to have had a charisma bypass, aggressive, bossy and quite an angry woman. Even kicking a full box of produce from the rear of the shop to the till area was not enough to quell her angst. The final show of her displeasure was launching my empty basket into a stack about 6 feet away from the till. (great shot by the way) If you are that unapproachable and angry when serving a customer at 0625 God help the people later in the day when she gets tired. If Tesco have a branch in any Middle Eastern ISIS stronghold areas, she is the woman you want as supervisor/shift leader.
