This store probably the worst story in the city, most of the stuff looks like don?t want to work, don?t know company maybe not paying them at all, most of them no experience and the don?t even want to work, never seen any store manager there, looks like all r manger position , any decision take by them, management very poor, please pay the staff every time I visit there face is like not welcoming face at all, thanks

Good supermarket! They have a great selection of Indian spices, which really helped me cook my favorite Indian dishes at home. It?s not always easy to find what I need in one place, but this store made it simple.

Just ordered a jacket potato and tuna... Sad to report it has the most measley amount of tuna.
They must have been running low as before the filling has been more generous.
Very disappointed.

Use to come here shopping regularly but goes to Aldi over the road now as fed up that there?s always staff and customers gathered round the entrances all smoking!!

Terrible. The store lay out was ok and they had the items I went in for. However once going to the checkout the was only 3 normal tils open. I decided to use the self service and it went down hill from there, I had less than 20 item so should of been a simple 5 minute checkout. Instead I had to wait 5 minutes for a assistant to allow my bags to be ok (in which you promote bags for life) then as scanning my items i did the 1st one and it wanted an assistant again waited another 5 minutes and no one turned up, then waited longer and it fixed itself scanned my second item same thing. So I'm still stood there waiting for an assistant now been 15 minutes into a 5 minutes transaction and no one around.
The are approximately 8-10 trolley self service and 12-16 basket self service with both only having 1 assistant each on them. So they are always dealing with something as the system is terrible which just increases waiting and till times massively and makes shopping long winded and annoying.

Shelf labels in the store are wrong some are showing the product as reduced to clear when in fact they are full price like some wrapping papers and other don?t show the current promotions like the Pepsi cherry Max

No vegetarian main course in Tesco Finest meal deal again, not even the usual 'choice' of one available. Customer Services were very unhelpful too. Then sat waiting for someone to turn up in Tesco. Mobile for 20 minutes without anyone serving despite a tannoy call. Absolutely rubbish service today. Steve C
