I'm not happy my delivery came yesterday and the driver said he had no freezer food as there is a problem with the van so I paid for the delivery now to have the freezer food again I've got to pay a delivery cost again not happy

I drove to Tesco north harbour today all the way from northend Portsmouth specifically just to get a new phone as I tried earlier in the week but wasn?t able to as my card was arriving in the post. When I arrived at 6:15pm I was patiently waiting for some customers to finish up who was speaking to the lady who worked in the phone department. 5 minutes went by (6:20pm now) and the lady told me that the customers were gonna take 10 more minutes (which would?ve been fine) but she said unless it?s a quick question she is needing to lock up. I?m just not happy as I drove all the way in from Northend just for her to basically say she needs 40 minutes to lock up when we went through the whole process earlier in the week in less than 10 minutes, and the only reason it couldn?t finalise it was because my bank card was wrong (which I have the correct one now). Just confused as if it says shuts at 7 I think it should shut at 7 not 6:30?

The next 4/5 check out ladies had no customers & Sat twiddling thumbs .

They seem to constantly change the locations of items without updating the aisle signs. Recent car park changes have significantly reduced the number of disabled spaces and no enforcement of people misusing them means that quite often there are no available disabled spaces. Due to this, we do not regularly use this store anymore and opt for a competitor nearby.

As always so many staff hurtling around picking groceries for the collection and delivery not caring about the other customers.
No inshore baguettes and no sign of anything being cooked!
Gents toilet very smelly.

Sorry Tesco, but despite having been loyal clubcard customers in the past . The constant reduction in clubcard benefits and prices have forced us to reconsider our shopping priorities and we no longer use Tesco for our weekly/monthly shop.
You need to reduce prices and compete more seriously with Lidl and Aldi, because price match only applies to a limited range, they offer better pricing across their entire range.

I am disabled, I needed a trolley but do not have £1 to unlock it, I did ask one of the trolley guys and he said no he can't help
I then went in store and asked for the manager (Laura), she told me it's Tesco's policy not to unlock trollies and advised me to buy a trolley coin which I refused.
I was going to buy my Christmas shopping but only got a few things.
I am deeply disgusted and disappointed with Tesco for the way I got treated.
When I am in the same situation at Morrisons, Asda and Sainsbury's they are more than happy to help me... Morrisons even lend £1
Tesco's really do suck
I will never shop with them again, I hope that manager has a terrible Christmas.

Ordered shopping for delivery beginning of the week to be told a couple of hours before it?s due they can?t deliver as the drivers have phoned in sick.
