Friendly staff, well stocked

Hate this store. Always closing at random times and closing early in evening. Trying to get round in a wheelchair really difficult due to stock all over the floor, cages everywhere and items at the end of the Isles. Constantly running out of the fresh baked stuff like pastries freezer sections seems very low in stock or broken. Fresh fridge stuff there is normally a good selection though. Some of the staff are very good and helpful but some are very slow to help or stock the shelves. Doors is constantly on the security alert and sometimes u have to wait quite a while for staff to release it. Personally if it wasn't my local tescos I wouldn't use this store.

I tried to call the kingston road store. Enquiring about access and help for autism and hidden disabilities. Wanted to ask if they have a quiet hour with no music, and reduced lighting. They kept picking the phone up and leaving it off the hook. Then putting it down. I called 4 times in a row, getting same response. If they don't want my custom, I won't shop there. I have a hidden disability, and am unable to go into the store to enquire, unless they provide the appropriate environment. I don't know this unless they respond to my query on the phone ?

I would give this Tesco a 0 star rating if it were possible!I travel up and down the uk regularly and visit a lot of Tesco expresses and this is by far the worst Tesco iv ever come across? door always locked and have to wait on a busy main road for someone who isn?t paying attention to open the door, when you do finally get inside the shop the freezer section is always empty and looks abandoned and there is always mess with stock on the floors and the staff you can tell they don?t want to be there especially the older woman and short bald man!AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!

Best Tesco I go to. Very happy staff esp security guard who's always going above and beyond to help.Always out of almond croissants though!!

No lids on the coffee machine.I was told by the staff to use my hand for a lid.I replied I have 2 hot drinks so that won't work. And they then went to get someone to get some lids.1 staff on the tills.1 self service till broken.Lady on the till kept buzzing for assistance and was shouting across the shop floor for help. She was doing the best she could by herself.About 10 staff members stood in the aisle having a chat and ignoring the calls and buzzing for help.Meal deals didn't go through at the correct price. Over charged by £3.30 for a meal deal. I pressed the button for assistance and had to wait ages for a staff member to finish having their chat before they came over to try to help.Eventually got sorted, but now 2 cold Costas and several very annoyed customers.

Absolutely abysmal. Terrible quality. Food was thrown EVERYWHERE. Workers laughed at me for being a student. A worker with a son called Rhys Rogers harrassed me personally for being a woman. Heartbroken. Truly. Disappointing. ?

Handy and convenient small tescos it's very close to home.
