Horrible experiences in this shop. Staff shouting all over the shop to and at each other. Shelf stockers blocking the aisles with pallets, can?t reach the food I want to buy. Filthy self-service machines, many of which only work half the time. Sullen, unfriendly staff. Plenty of other places to shop in the area. Don?t waste your time with this one.

Convenient store with friendly staff. Well stocked. Nice size car park. Good selection of breakfast bakery and they taste very nice too. The automated checkout could do with a clean (yuk). 1 star deducted.

Self checkout has had the option to print own receipt removed to benefit employees to print receipts and takes ages to be verified for age related products when there are age verified cameras that come with self checkout. ( If had up to date technology then 5* reviews)

Tesco Express in London Road is fairly local and quite well stocked. Today's visit I was able to get all I required. Layout of this shop is very tightly packed and at times is difficult to find stock. Be prepared also for a bit of a wait in the till area.

The staff behind the tills are nice but the ones on the floor can be very curt or just ignore you, they are far to busy stacking shelves to actually help customers. I witnessed a customer challenging a shop floor member of staff after she ignored him twice as he asked her a question about a pick-up, he was very patient and polite and she looked at him and talked to him like something on the sole of her shoe. I think a lot more customer training is needed in this store.

Rude staff, only the blonde lady and the dark haired lady with the fringe that are helpful the rest are unapproachable. Coffee machine is never working in the morning some on us rely on that as early starters. Really quite poor service

This is my local Tesco Express which is handy to have near. One of the most frustrating things about Tesco Express stores are the inflated prices over the big Tesco stores. You will most certainly pay more for what you buy here, unless offers are available. This aside, the store itself is clean, well lit and actually has pretty good space down the aisles considering the store size. Selection of foods and drinks are pretty good considering shelf space and is usually well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful and although the normal tills sometimes have a wait, they will put more staff on to speed things up in the queue. Self service tills are also available, as you would expect. I also had a moment of self discovery down near the meal deal aisle. I literally stood there and had extremely deep thoughts about my own existence and I was hit by existential doubt. After a minute, I came back down to earth and picked up a few of the meal deal items and went on with my day and thought nothing of it. The meal deal is always worth living for .

For this review 8th of July around 1230Manager wasn't wearing a name tag or to state manager withRefused to help with Hermes machine,I have autism and couldn't communicate this with here because she didn't ask and I was wearing a maskAfter asking for her to help me to show to show me this 3she stormed off to the back of the store to do what she needed to continue to do with out communicating this.I then went to pic up my shopping I need to only find her slagging me off to all the colleagues in the store.Really Tesco is this how you train you managers now.I was was showing signs of distress as I was wearing a mask and couldn't communicate how to work a Hermes machine work she left me with the younge man the till who did help by showing me how the machine worked! Thank you young man.Tesco you do need to start training you managers discretion, and some managersSo disappointed and feeling discriminationed by Tesco your staff.
