ALL EASTER EGGS,in the store where WHITE. I felt poisoned by this substance they call 'chocolate' and am heavily effected. This is £1.50 i will never get back in my life. Im dissatisfied with this quality as i could have contracted a harmful disease. Imagine all the poor kids on easter recieving this from the so called "easter bunny". 1 star.

They had the vegetables that Saisbury's across the road didn't. Easy shop and you can buy a Big Issue outside!

It's a Tesco in current year, so if you're surprised by the relatively high prices you may not have popped in one for a while. However as a it's a major supermarket chain it seems a little silly to review the company as a whole here. Instead the 5 stars are for excellent staff performance from a customer's perspective.

Totally humiliating experience when I picked up my parcel from parcel shop.I went through the ID check and at the time mentioned that there might be 2 parcels, I couldn?t remember as I placed the order sometime ago. She came back and said there were indeed 2 but they had different addresses, it was suggested that I placed the orders on separate occasions using what? Different addresses? I asked if they were from the same company, answer was no I offered to open the parcel but this didn?t happen; it was more essential that I accessed my invoice via my phone which I don?t find easy. She insisted that I should calm down and that she was trying to help me but I didn?t need help, I just want ed my parcel. She called for help from a male colleague/security who spoke to me. I explained that all I wanted was my parcel. I cannot understand what I had apparently done wrong and really wish I hadn?t commented on the possibility of 2 parcels but why was that an issue anyway and what difference did it make to her? I felt shaken for some time after and won?t be repeating the experience

Lovely staff but sadly never an enjoyable experience. Lots of homeless outside, stealing happening what seems hourly, doors locked and beep to let you in, staff wearing cameras and screens set up at the till to protect staff. I've witnessed shouting at staff and was recently pushed and a basket hit me by a thief. Baskets scattered around the local roads. I now sadly avoid this store.

I decided to share my horrible ,disgusting experience at this shopA couple of days ago I went to buy some coffeeNext day I realised that I bought the wrong coffee(decaf)My mistake was that I didn?t took the receipt thing that I believe 95% of the people don?t do.I went next day to ask if I can change itthe security guard was chasing one person who was at the time going out with the basket hence the reason I didn?t show the pack of coffeeThe inexperienced girl from the till told me they are not selling that coffee in the shop then I?ve gently asked to come with me and show her that they do(I found it funny as she didn?t use common sense)Then she asked me if I?ve showed the pack of coffee to the guard.Explained her why and she asked me for the receipt ,explained her I have done a mistake and I didn?t took the receiptThen she talked to her managerThe manager came and asked me the same questions which again I found it a non senseI repeat myself and showed him the Clubcard app that I went there last night and actually almost every dayHe was rude when he told me he never seen me there and asked other colleagues and the security guard if anyone seen me before ,in front of other customers,as I was the most dangerous criminal and shoplifter maybe because English is not my first language? He was judging me because of my accent? Maybe he was racist? Don?t know ..It was a horrible experience for me and I am still thinking of that.In the end he told me that he cannot do anything for me because I don?t have the receipt .I have told him that he should use common sense if he?s a manager and he should have people skills.I then give him the coffee I have paid the night before and leftMaybe he can make us of that coffee and think clearly .Horrible experienceI wish that Tesco could hire more people with common sense not robots and rude inexperienced staff.I had an issue at Waitrose with some items that were having 2 different prices and the lady from the till gave me a voucher for the difference I had to pay at the till.Well that?s what I call , a good shopping experience ,everyone very polite and gentle .

The shop itself is fine as tescos go - typical range and generally good selection. It?s a little bit dark in there, I?m not sure why and always feels a little bit dingy compared to some other chain shops. However they are refurbishing at the moment. I just hope they get the same staff back in there because they are really excellent and a lot of fun!
