Friendly but couldn't give any recommendations on a sensitive skin deodorant whatsoever. I think the pharmacist was just too busy at the time.

Today it's a 3 from me. Went in to just buy some decent paint relief and decongestant and felt somewhat quizzed ?judged when doing so. I've NEVER been asked about what antidepressants I take when buying that particular medication, in the 10 years I've been taking it. This included several visits to this pharmacy. I felt put on the spot and somewhat judged, although that may also be simply because I feel unwell and just wanted to get home. Staff were polite but having checked on the BNF (as I always do when buying anything over the counter) what I asked for is only listed as a potential interaction, and not a contraindication, absolute or not. I have take it before and in stronger doses prescribed for me for a back injury and have never had ANY adverse effect. I know what I can and can't take and whether or not I am happy to take medication of my choosing. I'm afraid you left me feeling rather upset after this. If you really feel it shouldn't be sold to me, then I suggest you ask these questions of your customers more rigorously, and less like an interrogation when there are other people around me who have no business knowing what medication I take. This was a first for me. That said, I apologise for being short, I feel ill and just wanted to get out of the store and home. I am also autistic. I hope my next interaction is a more favourable one.

The staff are friendly and helpful but they could definitely be a bit quicker in coming to assist. I think it would be better if the staff preparing the prescriptions were out of view, a lot of people get the impression they are ignoring customers even though that?s not what they?ve been tasked to deal with that shift. It definitely gives that impression though when the customer in front has 10 minute chat with the pharmacist and no one else comes to help the que of 5 people.

Second time I?ve had a sms saying ready get there and it?s not. Then as soon as I get home a Sms to say it?s ready. Poor service !

My sister came in today to ask a pharmacist for advice. The pharmacist was a short woman with olive toned skin, black hair, she looks very tired or high in some cases. Anyways my sister didn?t really bother actually finishing her question (which showed the pharmacist wasn?t listening) as she could TELL the pharmacist wasn?t listening to her. She could not be anymore uninterested in listening to my sister if she tried. My sister has problems which she explained and the pharmacist stared at her, asked for medical advice the pharmacist stared at her, my sister then said doctors said pharmacists are supposed to give advice preferably before they go to a doctor (this is actually also advertised if you know it isn?t necessary to see a doctor) the pharmacist asked if she was on medication my sister responded some she didn?t go into detail because she knew exactly what was about to be said and the pharmacist said ?see your doctor.? Even though it had been mentioned many times that?s why she was there to avoid that step due to her other health issues which make that difficult. This woman was extremely rude and uncaring and just poor behaviour and professionalism from a PHARMACIST. This was about 1 maybe a bit earlier.The only reason you have a second star is because of the kind behaviour of the male pharmacist.

Never pick up their phone, called over multiple days on average over 30mins!! It just rings then hangs up. Dreadful service.

Staff at tesco pharmacy were extremely helpful. Particularly the tall blonde one. She was extremely helpful with advising myself with what I could possibly help with cystitis as I could not get a GP appointment. Very grateful for the advice.
