Mathew was such an accomodating, friendly and patient man, we were so happy with him and our choice in products, that we didnt even bother to go to carpetright even after I rudely said I would look at all options, thank you Mathew :)

It's the first time we've used this store, bought vinyl for our kitchen. The staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly, so were the fitters. Buying carpet shortly from them , huge selection too. Don't think I'd go anywhere else.

Very disappointed with the service. I went in to book for our hallway carpet to be done. The company had deleted my quotation off their system. Me and my partner had to wait for a long time to get a new quotation. The man who served us was very rude and arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend.
