I went in there behind the counter stood a guy with skills of a gnat ..no smile..no offer of a bag ..didn't speak just on his headset to other colleagues......really rude ......no manners ...will not go back .....its changed years ago lovely friendly place and staff ?

I am absolutely apauled at the quality of this customer service. I popped in today, to buy a gift for my youngest who is turning 23, only to be severely degraded and utterly humiliated. I wanted to buy a few bits and bobs and I happen to overhear the employees in this establishment mocking my enquiries about my makeup desicions. This led to my blood pressure increasing and severe stress levels to accumulate which caused me to faint when I got home. I am severly disturbed and I have spoken to my therapist about this incident. I wanted to buy birthday gifts and was unaware of all this makeup and all I wanted was some clarity and help on decisions. I asked the employee what this was and she laughed and said this is a mascara, after this I overheard her telling her fellow employee about my question. I will not be visiting this again and any other superdrug. I will stick to boots and me and my big family will NOT be coming again. And I do not reccomend anyone to enter this establishment under my watch.

Popped into this Superdrug location today to purchase some blush that my youngest was after, just to be ridiculed by a group of workers that had served me previously before when I had bought a darker shade by accident and returned it (it had not been opened nor used). My youngest politely explained to me that it was a little too pigmented for her so thought it would just be suitable for me to pop in on the way home to get a lighter shade. As soon as I entered the establishment, they kept looking at me and whispering "lets hope that's the correct shade", I'm agitated that all I went in for was a gift for my youngest just to be attacked by their viscous behaviour. If I could, I would give this 0 stars. I don't think I'll be wasting my money at a place that doesn't respect their customers.

If I could give 0 I would! Waited 10 minutes at the beauty bit (at the back) at the till as I wanted my eyebrows done. The 2 members of staff were standing around chatting about their life stories. Both of them looked at me then turned back around to talk. One of them then went through a door at the back whilst the other one just smiled at me and proceeded to go on her phone. I tried getting their attention but both of them ignored me. No wonder why I never see anyone use the beauty bar when I go in. Appalling service

Ashleigh is a superstar. Definitely needs some recognition. I was coming in looking for perfume and you could tell she really knew her stuff. She gave some wonderful recommendations, let me try lots of samples like it was no bother whilst also serving customers efficiently. It was a really lovely experience as she went the extra mile. Not to mention she was super smiley, friendly and polite. I went for the cloud perfume in the end ;)

This morning I came to this super drug store to purchase a perfume. A staff member named Tia was very rude towards me like she didn't want to be there and this is not the first time this staff member has this attitude towards me in this store. She needs to be changed in customer service.

Had a lovely lady helping me called Grace...I was so worried as I lost my nose peircing, but she helped me, and made me feel less anxious..also helped my daughter out with choosing a hair colour ....left feeling very happy ...so thankyou ?

Maybe your company think that it?s ok to cheat their clients about working hours but I wouldn?t be silent. Your company checked the schedule of this shop 5 days ago and they confirmed that everything is correct but it isn?t in real life. They closed not at 18:00 at Saturdays because I was there today at 17:30 and was unpleasantly surprised because they were closed! Your problems shouldn?t be mine. Working hours in different days also incorrect!

Staff are friendly, good size store with lots of products. Makeup , haircare,baby food, nailcare, skincare. Quick service and never waiting in lind too long.
