I went in there behind the counter stood a guy with skills of a gnat ..no smile..no offer of a bag ..didn't speak just on his headset to other colleagues......really rude ......no manners ...will not go back .....its changed years ago lovely friendly place and staff ?

I am absolutely apauled at the quality of this customer service. I popped in today, to buy a gift for my youngest who is turning 23, only to be severely degraded and utterly humiliated. I wanted to buy a few bits and bobs and I happen to overhear the employees in this establishment mocking my enquiries about my makeup desicions.... read full comment
