Me and my mum went there one day and there was a blonde lady (staff member) following us no matter where we went, we were looking at the nails bit and she kept looking up and down at us in disgust that day i wore baggy chlothes as it was cold and i bet she thought i was going to steal she thought of me as the typical stealing teenager stereotype, all the staff are rude so their no help and its so expensive there so its not worth your money.

Miserable and rude staff today on checkout and on the shop floor. We asked if they stocked something and they just plainly said no we don't. But they actually do so they just couldn't be bothered to help basically. They messed the customer in front about as well. I won't be shopping there again.

Every so often shoppers are reminded by PA system to wear a mask to protect others. Meanwhile all three shop assistants were maskless, one behind the till and the others filling shelves. Outraged.

I went there several times, this week, the shop is very good, but the employees are some of them very bad, and they represent that they are cleaning the floor and blocking the road, and they talk in their headphones about their privacy, most of them are like that, unfortunately, even when we ask about something, they do not help enough
