I'm judging the food against the cost. At almost £10 for a sandwich, I expect a lot more than what I got. Nothing tastes fresh, like they claim. The "rotisserie" chicken tastes as bland as boiled chicken.

I had an amazing experience at Subway today thanks to the exceptional service of the staff, especially this gentleman! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my footlong was crafted to perfection. The sandwich was fresh, delicious, and exactly how I wanted it. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly made my day. Keep up the fantastic work.

After trying the subway platters for events I run in Portsmouth for young people, I?ve been coming back to Rahul at this subway for over a year now. Always had the best experience and staff always seem very accommodating to both customers and I.
I will be continuing to work with Rahul to put on food for young people in the city over the coming years!

I usually visit this place for food since past two years. I have always been treated well. But tonight I faced the worst customer service experience I never give bad reviews but one of your staff members(guy with the glasses) was very mean and rude to me. I know you are busy but then let us know I can wait, this is not okay. The worst 5mins I have ever spent here.? I have always approached a staff who is very friendly but I don't think I'll ever visit again.
