The girl behind the counter (Katie) needs to be trained in customer service being rude to customers. My son had a footlong BMT which was put in a bixarre cardboard covering and when he went to eat it found it wasn't cut and in half. My wife went to the counter to ask if it could be cut in half and was given abuse by Katie, YOU USE THE CARDBOARD AND TEAR IT IN HALF she bellowed. There are no instructions of how to use this cardboard contraption. She reluctantly cut it with a knife for us, but only after we had to state my son is autistic and often needs his food cut up.
She needs to learn " the customer is always right" or at least not be rude to them as they pay your wages. I can see why Subway are disappearing if they employ someone like that.

Stop eating here. They dont wash the vegetables before cutting them. This place employs 90% of women only and they mostly spend their time on their phones. They are rude and immature. A lot of power abuse going on all the time. They hire people with no experience, no desire to work and they treat customers in an unfriendly manner.
You could find 5 people working here but none of them were trained properly. When there is a queue of 15 customers, they tell the newbies to go in front and serve the customers. They give these people permission to boss around everybody else thats considered "new". The whole structure is messed up. Whoever has the most responsibility gets to hide upstairs to play on their phone and pretend like they are chopping up tomatoes. The person that I worked with spent their time on Tinder. She was 18 years old telling me that eveey men wants her.
I used to ran a subway store on my own with 10 customers showing up every 15minutes! Just before noon another employee would start his shift to help me, because the amount of customers would double in numbers.
This place has 2 people and then 3 people and then 4 people working at the same time and yet they still cant do anything right. The employees act so professional but they dont care about customers....because they are given too much power. The "professionals" hide at the back of the shop and they give a list of "things to do and clean up" to the newer employees. Imagine a University student who works less than me but somehow she is given more responsibility. Its total power abuse and discrimination when you go apply here for a job.
These same people own another Subway where it is just as bad.
Guess who gets to clean the toilets? Guess who has to do everything thats considered dirty?
UK itself is a complete joke. The younger you are the less pay youll receive. So all these businesses tend to hire lazy and young people!

Unexperaianced staff they didn't know how to roll the sub and all my salad came out and instead of redoing it they put it in the bin.

There is no point if the employees can?t even make out what you?re saying. There is no possible way I can make myself any clearer, but still it as if I?m speaking a different language. Maybe try and hire more competent people instead of letting any old person take our orders.

I ordered a Cheesy BMT. I saw that the gitl didn't put cheese and i said to her to check if is it cheese in the sandwich, she didn't checked, just told me that fot sure is cheese in there. Of course wasn't, i came back shr puts cheese and burned a bit the bread . I just left, i didn't had the nerve to explain more to her.
