We visited on Remembrance Sunday before it got to busy. No one else to serve when we arrived. Just ignored us for quite a while, when they did serve us no apology, not even a hello! Not at all friendly. Such a contrast to Starbucks in the US the training in the UK must really lack something.

Love it here, always such a nice vibe. But PLEASE SORT OUT THE FLIES! The last time I was here I was constantly being attacked by them both at the till and upstairs. Really unpleasant.

Friendly service from Benj who made me a delicious latte. The building is also really pleasant and was kept very clean inside. But gotta say these coffees are becoming more of a treat now as nearly a fiver for a medium sized coffee is pricey however you cut it.

Great place to visit in the summer, especially during a heatwave. Cold drinks and air-conditioning really help! A few criticisms, the main door shuts really loudly, and there are pesky flies sometimes.

dead flies along the windowsills are bearable, but living flies attacking customers are too much. can?t study here with the barrage of insects

I rate this higher than most Starbucks because of the spacious and comfortable seating areas in the back and upstairs (not the big wooden countertops in front).
