I was dealt with by professional and friendly staff. My whole examination only took about 10 minutes in total. Visited for my 2 yearly check up. Can't believe how much technology has moved on from my previous visit. An enjoyable experience in a funny sort of way.

I would highly recommend specsavers in Cosham, I was so grateful for the assistance support and compassion that Millie and Sam provided me. I suffer from physical and mental health challenges and was really struggling the other day. I popped into Specsavers and both Millie and Sam helped me to get an eyesight test on the same day, I saw the Optometrist Mr Sandhar, he?s really attentive, helpfull, Mr Sandhar took the time to explain things when I asked questions and I didn?t feel rushed I can tell that the staff at specsavers in Cosham go above and beyond their job role as most companies dont go out of their way to make customers feel valued, respected and cared, Specsavers helped me to choose a pair of glasses and were honest with me and I have gone for a new style of glasses and embraced my unique creative personality which has taken me years to do.
The customer service I received from Millie and Sam was outstanding and I feel a lot of companies and staff need to learn from Millie and Sam and understand how to care for vulnerable individuals showing kindness and compassion in a dark and fallen world.
