Lovely pub opposite Portsmouth Harbour. Very traditional, always a good atmosphere, especially when the rugby is on. Very convenient for train station too.Staff have always been friendly and welcoming.

Never had any food, so can't comment. Beer was great, service spot on. Atmosphere brilliant, football was on, lots of friendly people to chat too.
The Ship Anson in Portsmouth is a great place to enjoy a meal from our fantastic menu or a drink from the bar after a busy day exploring the city.
