Only had mobile to pay and the contact less wasn't working. Called back same day to make payment and spoke to a very rude manager that said I should have payed before leaving... doh how?! They had one member of staff training that was left alone (so incompetent management) and didn't know what to do in that situation that offered me no other option and gave me the wrong information. When asked for names on the call so I could complian she wouldn't give them. Then I was told I needed to pay by the end of the day so drove back 1hr round trip to be told I couldn't pay because the manager had left!

Just watched a grumpy old man and a young girl come out of the shop and start screaming at the lorry drivers. Both employees. Very rude and unnescerily aggressive. Will fuel elsewhere in future

Indicated as a ?Services? off the A27 but the ?TOILET IS OUT OF ORDER? (27th June 2025). When I commented to the service staff that this was not good enough as I chosen to follow the services sign because I needed fuel and loo, her response was that they don?t consider themselves to be a services fuel station. I suggest that either the ?services? sign on A27 be removed or this Shell station makes sure their toilets are functioning at all times.

Stitched me right up with forecourt eye and a shed load of fees on top. Watch yourself here on the adblue pump, they are out to make sure you get a nice juicy fine through no fault of your own. Complaint now ongoing, justice will be served.
