Only had mobile to pay and the contact less wasn't working. Called back same day to make payment and spoke to a very rude manager that said I should have payed before leaving... doh how?! They had one member of staff training that was left alone (so incompetent management) and didn't know what to do in that situation that... read full comment

Just watched a grumpy old man and a young girl come out of the shop and start screaming at the lorry drivers. Both employees. Very rude and unnescerily aggressive. Will fuel elsewhere in future

Indicated as a “Services” off the A27 but the “TOILET IS OUT OF ORDER” (27th June 2025). When I commented to the service staff that this was not good enough as I chosen to follow the services sign because I needed fuel and loo, her response was that they don’t consider themselves to be a services fuel station.... read full comment
