Went to get air for tyres ,but wasn't working.
Complained to the miserable woman working behind the counter only to be informed that it wasn't working .
No offer or a refund or apology.
Common sense would be to put an out of order sign on the machine....

Another rude staff member at a local shell station. I honestly can't believe how rude they are. I just had to complain about the Waterlooville branch and I go in here and they guy behind they counter was just a smug rude jobsworth. A tall ratty looking bloke he was when I visited today 26th January early afternoon. He needs to hope we don't cross paths outside of his little safe place after how he spoke to me. No way he would try it then. I am honestly a really good person and super respectful to everyone but if someone is rude to me then I will say something. Shell garages in this area are appalling although Rowlands castle and farlington, I haven't had a problem yet. I love shell fuel but I will never set foot in a shell garage again. Shell won't do anything either as most of them are a frnachise. So don't even bother complaining because they don't care.

Staff were friendly and commented on the car, nearly had to drop a star as one of the pumps wasn't working... But the others were so it wasn't the end of the world ?

I was very unpleasantly accused of blocking other people from accessing the pump while refueling.There were 6 positions available free.There was no queue ( Saturday 9:10pm).It was the first time I encountered such arrogance. I stopped at pump number 1. And in front of me, someone was finishing refueling at the next pump. I don't know how the staff member came up with the idea that I was blocking someone when the next 6 positions were free. At the cash register, I tried to ask the employee where these accusations came from and if he could identify himself. I got a rejection...
