Fantastic going the extra mile customer service here. I couldn't figure out the new air machine so the guy serving came out and helped me. Even put the air in my tyres. Fuelled up and thought might as well give the van a clean too. Sweeping outside too. Taking pride in their job.

Perfect spot for a quick and convenient, automated car wash. The fuel tends to be more expensive than the Tesco right around the corner so I only go for the car wash.

Daylight robbery! Grabbed a 10kg bag of Homefire smokeless coal while filling up. Just to tide me over until my delivery. £15!! Just up the road in Asda: £7. I know where I will go if I need any again. I suppose poor old Shell have to try and make some money somehow!!

the car wash is supposed to be open 24/7, but for some reason the employees shuted it today at 20:28. Last week i tryed at 22:30 and they told me was open till 22:15. I am really disappointed, is a really helpfully for some of the drivers, specially for driver's hwo are working over night being the only one in the area.

It's open 24h, but if you can go elsewhere you'll get much cheaper fuel.The Tesco around the corner is 5p/L cheaper for petrol and 3p/L cheaper for diesel. Asda just up the road is a further penny cheaper.Standard air/water/vaccum machines. Not the cheapest but convenient. Also a drive through car wash.

When there is a fuel issue nationally, would that not be the time to post updates on your website regarding availability? This feature seems to never have been used so what's the point of having it? Typically mediocre management, avoid if possible
