Felix was an absolute superstar in making sure the shoes we had chosen fit perfectly.
I've never had that sort of service before and was very impressed I will definitely make a point of using schuh in the future

I bought a pair of shoes online about 6 weeks ago which already have holes in the heels so I went in to return them and was refused. The manager said there was no 'obvious flaws' even when I pointed out the holes and said they were giving my partner blisters!
Told me to contact customer service instead of helping me themselves. Highly dissapointed.

Always helpful nothing is too much trouble. Free delivery to home if shoes not in stock. They take Blue light card as well.

Thank you Schuh at Portsmouth, very good Customer Service from Lee, who managed to find the right size Converse Shoes for my Grandaughter for her Birthday Present, they fitted her perfect and she was so pleased with them too, as they were on her Birthday wish list.Also Zoe in the store too, thank you both very much.
