I dont usually write reviews but on this occasion I was so impressed with the knowledge and service I received at your Gunwharf store, that I couldn't let this go unnoticed, I was extremely impressed by a particular member of staff who I believe was' Sadie ' she knew so much about the products and was able to answer all my concerns, although I didn't make a purchase today , I will certainly have no hesitation in making this my first purchase in the near future. Good Customer Service is so important and your staff had it in abundance.

I accidentally locked my case and had forgotten the code. I left the case with the staff and they contacted me to say they couldn?t do it and needed to wait for the supervisor. The supervisor attended on her ?day off? and spent an hour before being able to open my case. Wow ? excellent customer service. Thanks to everyone for saving my trip.?

A decent amount of shops with a decent amount of restaurants. You could shop here for maybe 2hrs and have lunch, but certainly not a whole day. However the scenery is always nice in the summer

Amazing customer service from a member of staff called Karen. She went way beyond the norm to sort out my queries. She persevered and phoned head office to sort out a refund for an item I was returning on behalf of my son. Problem solved!
